ORDERING
While we keep a fair amount of stock on hand at all times, it is impossible for us to keep every item. Each month the order cutoff date will be published on the website, or, if you are a current customer, you will receive a postcard in the mail or by email. To ensure you are included in the order that month, you must have your order placed by the cutoff date.
If you happen to miss the cutoff, please contact me to find out which items are in stock.
You are welcome to place your order through the website, via email or by phone. We are always here to answer any questions you may have.
When you place your order, I will email you with a confirmation and shipping quote within 24 hours. I will also give you details regarding which day I will need to receive payment from you in order to ship out your product and I will send you an invoice through Paypal. You can either pay me through paypal or by credit card either over the phone or through email. All orders MUST be paid for in full before I ship. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email me so that I can fix the website.
I do offer large quantity discounts. If you place an order totaling 100-249 lbs there will be a 10% discount
which I will reflect in your Paypal invoice. If your order exceeds 250 lbs there will be a 20% discount
reflected on your invoice.
